The ADDvantage® Real Estate Network evolved from our own personal experiences in the real estate market and our expertise in software development.
Our systems are advanced and user friendly from our “seller” control panel to our “offer and contract” management systems.
We provide a critical need for tailor-made MLS flat fee based real estate services that are technology based, straightforward, fairly priced, effective, and individualized. Many consumers said that they lacked faith and trust in Real Estate Agents in general. Unless they knew a Realtor® personally, they felt a certain amount of doubt about whether their Realtor® was putting their (the client's) best interest first. We wanted to eliminate that doubt, by providing discount MLS listing options that are standardized with listing management software that would make it possible for brokers and agents to efficiently maintain the listings and listing changes. Our MLS listing and management software saves the broker time and money. These savings are passed onto the customer as reduced real estate commissions.
